H! Collection
Joining the likes of Jasper Conran, John Rocha and Matthew Williamson, Henry Holland's H! collection is soon to hit the stores as part of the Designers at Debenhams range. For those of you who can't wait, H! By Henry Holland is now available to buy online.
The collection is somewhat of a deviation from his usual take-no-prisoners approach to style; though there are a few pieces bearing the customary acid-bright colours, expect to see a lot of softer, subtler checks and florals [and even...ruffles]. Overall, it proves slightly too safe for my tastes, with the focus clearly on tried-and-tested high street trends rather than Holland's trademark vividness. However, there are an impressive assortment of accessories, and when combined with the very agreeable high-street price tags, you've got a sale...come on, postman.

Gaultier thinking outside the box again
Just another reason to love him. In an interview with the Telegraph Jean Paul Gaultier reportedly dropped hints relating to his new, undeniably innovative collection, 'Cats and Corsets'. While the average, unenlightened fashionite may see this as being nothing more than a good-natured joke, I applaud the idea, and give my full support to the forthcoming range; Gaultier is nothing short of a visionary. He is prepared to transgress the traditional conventions of fashion and conceive of a better, brighter future: Fashion For All. Next stop: Budgies.
Tilda Swinton the new face of Pringle
Nice, though I couldn't help but be reminded of '90's Zoe Ball...
Also, you and absolutely everybody you know should check out her [spoken word] work with Patrick Wolf on his latest album, 'The Bachelor'. You know. Because it's good.
